I got malcolms reply a few minutes after posting my job. checked his feedback which was 100% positive. We agreed to get the jobs done. he came same day and on time!. was polite. got all jobs needed done within no time yet so thoroughly. he made no mess! he went out his face to sort a few other issues i had also free of cost. i would recommend him to EVERYONE. posted tye jobs this morning. and now they are all sorted. appreciate the hard work.

Malcolm had a great level of customer service when he came out to fix an elderly man's mono kitchen tap. He talked to me throughout the job explaining what I done wrong and how to do it next time. The job was done in no time and has also offered to help talk me through my next job if I get stuck. Service is 10/10 and cost efficient. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.
