    Toilet not flushing
    Initial problem was escalated to a drainage company. Was asked to look at a loose bathroom tap and completed the fitting of a new tap on the same day. Very impressed with quality of work. Will add to my list of trusted traders

    Replace bathroom radiator
    Malcolm was very friendly and discussed every aspect of the job with us so we fully understood all the options so we could make an informed decision. Very respectful of our home and did the work leaving no mess. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend him happily.

    Leak from shower + new plug/drain fitting in sink
    Malc turned up when he said he would, and completed the work as instructed. Was very helpful and knowledgeable, and didn't do any additional, more costly work if he didn't think it was necessary. Would definitely use again.
