Stephen is honest, professional and sincere person who complete his job with full sincerity and good quality. He tidies up all the waste at the end of day. He completed our full house roof overhauling by taking off old material and putting new felt, batten and eve protectors with ten years warranty. He showed reliability and quality which reflects the Reliable Roofing in action.

After posting my job on the website, Stephen Harvey was quick to contact me and arrange a viewing of the repair work required. Stephen explained everything that needed to be done in a clear jargon-free manner. He came back with a quote rather quickly and we were lucky enough to arrange a date for the job in the following days. With the main task performed, Stephen informed me of additional work that would be required due to an additional review of the roofing and again, we were able to arrange a new job date for the follow-up. Roof looks great and I have no worries about the quality of the job. Would highly recommend.

Stephen responded to my request and spent good amount of time looking at my roof issues in detail, and fixed all issues very nicely and tidy. He is very efficient and on time in finishing job. By looking at his professional approach to the roof repair i had very high confidence in the work he was doing. I realised there was 2 other tiles needs to be replaced which was not in his original quote, he replaced them at no extra cost. Overall very happy with the job he completed for me.
