Left the cabinet very neat and tidy. I could not ask for more.

I highly recommend Paul. He did a great job at a fair price, was prompt, reliable, polite and tidy. Communication was great too, even though he was very busy.

Paul came round within the hour on a Saturday to cap my gas supply off so I could knock through the fireplaces. He was very helpful and gave me sound advice on other aspects of my refurb project. Cheers Paul

Excellent job by Paul and his team. Fully refitted the bathroom and decorated, all within the quoted price, even with additional issues that were come across. Communication from Paul was excellent and the use of floor coverings on the stairs and carpets was a welcome sight, cleaned up after themselves so the house was clean and tidy. Finished to an excellent standard, would recommend Paul to anyone wanting a bathroom refit.

Mistral Plumbing (Paul Pitten) was the only company I spoke to that were prepared to undertake a repair using available N.O.S. parts rather than removing the existing shower valve and replacing with new. When I originally contacted Paul by text on 23rd June he was friendly, polite and genuinely interested in helping me and once I had sent a photo by text of the shower valve he got back to me very quickly by text with written prices for each part required and his labour cost. The total price was acceptable and he was booked to do the job Monday 28th June. He duly ordered the parts which he got very speedily, and he arrived this morning 28th June just after 9:00 am as arranged, and completed the work within approximately an hour. The shower now doesn't leak and works correctly just as it did when new. I'm very pleased with Paul and Mistral Plumbing and will use the firm again when required. Also I will have no hesitation in recommending him and his firm to others. Many thanks, Robert Abrahams

Paul came and looked at the job before quoting and gave us a reasonable price. He came when he arranged to and replaced the shower, leaving the area clean and tidy. He also replaced a dripping tap. Very happy with the work and would happily use again.

I hired Mistral to dismantle and dispose of unwanted fitted bedroom furniture. They arrived very promptly and had the job completed within a couple of hours. They took everything away and left the room very tidy, having filled the holes left from the fixtures. They were great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

It was a bit of trepidation that we looked for someone to disconnect the gas in the kitchen at the last minute. We could not have been happier with who we found. Paul was polite, turned up on time, and even after he completed the job he recommended how it could be improved if we moved a couple of kitchen units. Unbelievably he said if we could made the changes he would come back and make the job even better with where pipes could be cut all included in the original quote, and the original quote was fair. We stripped the kitchen back and Paul returned when he said he would and made the changes. All in all fantastic job and would highly recommend Paul.
