We purchased a new house and hired Paul to install a smart thermostat into the ancient heating system (the old boiler did not even have a thermostat). Paul provided excellent communication and was flexible when we had car issues, agreeing with us at a revised time the same day. He attended the property and was able to quickly install the new system. He ran decisions by us regarding the placement of controls and wiring, etc. Finally, despite having two more jobs that day after us, he took the time to talk over some other work we required in the house so we could better understand all our options. Very happy, the service could not have been better. Highly recommended.
