Arrived on time, tidy job very competent and well priced. Pleasure to have him do the job.

We were delighted with Paul's speedy response to our request for attention to our shower. Not only did he understand the problem he also sorted out a separate electrical problem we had. We requested a quote on the Friday, he came Saturday to inspect the job and returned Tuesday am to complete the work to our satisfaction. I am a landlord living 250 miles away from the job. I chose Paul because of the presentation of his quote and his fair price. He was not the cheapest but reasonable. His communication on line/texts is good. He completed the job on the chosen date with my tenant without fuss or bother. I will use him again without hesitation because I have had good customer service, a proper job with the installation of an electric boiler without any drama and all at a fair price.
