Hired Miri to fix my blocked saniflo toilet and I was impressed with his (brother Nicks) professionalism & workmanship. Arrived on time, reviewed the problem and calmly rectified the issue; removing the blockage without spillage, going to the hardware store for necessary parts and finally fixing the issue. Highly recommend and will use him again.

Miri was brilliant! Would leave more than 5 stars if I could. He consistently did what he said he’d do. Was polite and friendly. When the job turned out to be more complex that initially though, he went out of his way to come back (on a Sunday!) to sort it out for us. Despite spending considerably more time than anticipated in our cold loft, he didn’t charge us anything extra on the agreed price. Would definitely recommend. Went the extra mile and got the job done well. One of the good guys!

Miri is not afraid of dealing with macerators. He carefully evaluated the problem and discussed the posible solutions. Gave me a good price as well. I recommend!

Miri was very nice and friendly on the phone and I believe he did a good job. I am only giving a 3 star as he quoted £180 for fitting an isolation valve and fit an integrated dishwasher. The job then changed so that all he had to do was fit an isolation valve but he refused to reduce the original quote based on a long travel into London

Miri checked and unblocked the pump, did not need replacing despite other advice I had received. Looked at what improvements could be made in the future, fast, effective and affordable.

Excellent experience! They came same day to fix water coming through the ceiling and were very polite, pleasant and efficient. They found the problem quickly and rectified quickly. I would definitely recommend using them! Also they were great with my dog too which is always a bonus!

Prompt, counrteous, skilled, very organised. I had my bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower enclosure followed by tiling of walls. Miri and Nick completed all agreed upon tasks on time, and I am very pleased with their work. Would definitely rehire!
