    Putting up a chandelier

    Mike did a fantastic job putting up a chandelier. He was very punctual and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. I have booked him again to make an under stairs cupboard .

    New fence panel in garden

    I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike. He replaced a fence panel for me - was prompt in phoning up to arrange a time to do it, arrived when he said he would, was friendly, polite and efficient. Also a fair price for the job.

    Partial removal of low height wall across driveway

    Fit 5 wall lights, 1 light pendent and dimmer switch
    Mike did a fantastic job – he proved me with a quote on My Builder, later arranged to come over to have a look and I booked him to carry out my job. He did what I asked for and more to solve the electrical problem! Defiantly recommend him to others.

    Replace electric shower

    Very helpful - Mike organised to come quickly and came when promised. Was experienced, polite and competent. We'd use him again for similar household jobs.

    Odd jobs
    Punctual and reasonably priced. Did the job but quality of finishing not the best.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    i put up some coving in a bedroom and which was difficult because a wardrobe was not moved but managed to put it up and get some filler into it and ready for decorating which i was not asked to do

    seal shower and re tile and grout

    Excellent Job! Came a t short notice and worked around the tenants time schedule to complete the work to a high standard and at a very reasonable price. Will definitel use again and recommend to others.

    Dog flap fitted in exterior wall.
    Mike was excellent. He came on time and completed the job within the time agreed. He didn't mind any changes that we wanted to make during the job. He charged a reasonable amount and we would definitely hire him again. Thanks.
