Michael fully tiled the bathroom in a rental property. The tenants were there while he was doing the work, one of them is in the building trade so very quickly he would have been able to tell if Michael was any good or not. He sent me a video of the work once it was done as he knew I wouldn't be able to make it there to look in person. I have no complaints, he was friendly, stuck to his original quote and was reliable.
