Ellis, was very professional and efficent. He replaced front and back fascias, soffits and guttering at a high standard of work, within a day. I would gladly hire him and his team again.

This was our first experience of using My Builder when we needed to replace a small flat roof and we are very pleased we did. We posted our job & Midland Roofline replied very promptly, came to site at the time agreed, returned the quote within 24 hrs and answered our queries. We gave the job to Midland Roofline because of their professional service & excellent communication, even though they weren't the cheapest. The job was completed on the agreed date, including replacing the guttering which wasn't included in the original scope of works, & the quality of work was excellent. I believe 'you get what you pay for' & being a keen DIY'er I'm reluctant to use tradesmen unless I have to, but I'd fully recommend Ellis & the team at Midland Rooline.

Very pleased with the completed job. Ellis is someone you can be sure has your best interests at heart when completing work for you. He thinks the job through and has a professional attitude. He is returning tomorrow to apply some finishing touches too, which is a nice touch. His price for the work was reasonable given his expertise, nobody wants a cheap contractor (you get what you pay for) Thanks again.

Ellis of Midland Roofline undertook some re-tiling works to the roof of my terraced house and replaced an internal wall that had subsided. The works were undertaken efficiently and in a trust worthy manner as I was not in at the time! Good service all round, no problems with the company or the lads who did the work and everything was left in a tidy manner. Would use again myself and would recommend to others.
