I’d like to leave positive feedback as I have for the other 19 jobs I’ve had completed on MyBuilder, but I can’t do that. The radiator slipped down the wall due to the brackets not being sufficiently fixed to the wall – no fixings used from what I could see just screws into plaster/brick work. The pipe work isn’t great bending rather than straight runs, dents in the elbows and reused copper pipe rather than new when charged the new price. Sorry but not what I’d expect from a professional.Answer from tradesperson:

All work done correctly and Mh had no issues correcting a previous job that someone else did badly. A good communicator who made sure what was needed before work was started. Barry did a superb job fitting a large towel radiator and new TRVs in my house. He helped me get parts at trade price, turned up on time and was neat and tidy. He's good humoured and didn't pack away until he'd thoroughly tested and tuned up my heating system. He quoted a fair price for the job and I'd certainly use him again in future.
