Turn up on time did a good job

Before finding Sam, I’d spoken to other builders and some made me feel unheard or even talked down to because I didn’t have the practical skills. But I did know what I wanted from the lean-to, and Sam was completely different. From the start, he listened properly, understood exactly what I wanted and never made me feel silly or like I was asking too much. He was open, honest, quick to reply and really helpful throughout. He gave advice when needed, but always respectfully, and I always felt involved in the process. Sam took the ideas I had in my head and brought them to life. His skills are second to none and the finished lean-to is exactly what I wanted. The quality of his work is fantastic and I’m so happy with the result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or use him again… and not just because I absolutely adored Rusty the puppy!
