Warnings for anyone wanting to use them, this company is a scam, my money was collected and the job undone, and I couldn’t hear from them again, I have been contacting them without any response , I am hoping to take them to court, so I can get my money back, so I will advise anyone that want to use them to be very careful.

Our chimneys were swept by Smudge who was friendly, punctual and honest. I would definitely use him again and also recommend.

Communicated well at the start but unfortunately did not show up when we were booked in, nor did they give ay notice of this. They also did not respond to subsequent emails or answer phone calls on the day when I was enquiring as to their whereabouts. Landline number doesn't seem to be connected. Not sure what's gone on here but they've wasted time where I could have had someone else booked in to do that job.

Extract a Victorian fireplace. Jason came to survey the job, and carefully inspected the fireplace to assess how he could get it out as it was partially covered by a stud wall. He then said it wouldn't take long and he could come back this afternoon. He estimated a fair price. The job was completed with full use of dustsheets and a dust extractor. Results- a Victorian fireplace ready to be re-used in our home and a clean and empty fireplace. Thank you to Jason and his fellow workmen.

Jason and his team were clean & tidy with excellent attention to detail. The initial consultation meeting was great, Jason took the time to talk to me about what I actually wanted rather than just quote to do a standard install. This may sound obvious, but - for example - I hadn't considered that the 'builders opening' - once knocked through - was going to be very small, so the stove I had in mind wouldn't fit. This didn't deter Jason at all, he quickly came up with ideas of how we could extend the opening to accommodate my choice. Jason also took the time to talk me through different stoves and hearths etc available at different price points offering suggestions based on his experience... very helpful. The work was completed to a very high standard. The team were polite, hard working and tidy - they took time to explain what they were doing and how the stove worked etc during commissioning. Even lighting a small fire to demo how it worked. I would highly recommend.

They did a good job and tidied up nicely. It was only a small plasterboard and mortar job so happy they came round to do it.

Two roof vent tiles has been installed in no time. Lads took a job, that others rejected, because of the hard access. Positive people, great communication.
