To say I am happy with Mark is an understatement! Soon into the job, it was discovered that there was a structural issue with the ceiling joists, such that there was a significant increase in the work involved that involved the landlord above / building inspectors / tenants / the works. As I was working away, as you can imagine, this was quite a difficult thing to manage. Mark went well above and beyond the call of duty - liaising with stakeholders, sending lots of photographs, keeping me informed (fantastic communications), giving me opinions and referring to relevant tradesman as appropriate. The work took muuuuch longer than anticipated, yet Mark stuck to his original quote. The end result was a bathroom fitted to a high standard, with finishing touches and he's even coming back at a convenient time (for my tenant) to reposition the toilet slightly, on his own back. Probably the best tradesman I have ever had!

I am more than impressed with the work Mark has recently done for me, I would defiantly hire him again, he is very polite and clean in his work.

I cannot express how highly I would recommend Mark. He contacted me shortly after I posted the job, was round within the same day, and solved the issue within 3hrs of the Job being posted! He was really efficient and professional, providing lots information before hand on the phone. Very pleased and would definitely recommend him. His price was very reasonable, tells you how it is and will not try to sell you anything unnecessary. I will definitely be using him for all future plumbing requirements!

Mark & Chris did a first class job of completely renovating the bathroom and fitting a walkin shower. They were very proffesional and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on time , kind and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. well done lads you deserve a big thank you.

Mark has done a very good job for us. He did a lot of searches to help me geting the most suitable materials. He is a very good communicator with excellent manners. Definitely will hire him again.

Mark spent time assessing the job to give it the best attention. He was courteous, cheerful and a good time keeper. He worked to a very high standard and was not happy until he reached it. Nothing was too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for all plumbing and associated jobs.
