Re roof of victorian semi detached house
Michael and Faye came to quote us at the time we'd agreed. They were honest and open with a clear picture of how the work would be done, mapping the placement of the vent tiles etc. During the time we took to pick them out from several other roofers, there was no pressure selling and they came out on top with a competetive quote and an impressive turnaround for getting us booked in for the work. The work was done quickly over two days as agreed. The scaffolding was put up last Friday and due to come down tomorrow (Wednesday). Michael's brother Chris and 5 others came to do the work. They were polite and respectful of me, my wife, who was in during the work and our neighbours. They worked through rain to make sure we weren't without a roof longer than needs be. Everything was installed as explained. Michael, Chris and others on the team were happy to answer any questions we had. They arrived on time and cleaned up. Michael made sure some tiles that got broken were fixed fast, no fuss.

New bay roof
Michael offered a competitive quote for replacing both the bay roof, fascia & guttering. I would not hesitate to choose MCM Roofing for future projects.

Semi detached house, needs replacement roof
Quick quote, fair price, workers proffessional, always on time every morn. All ran smooth. Scaffold down within 2 days. Fab company A great job quality wise

New roof please
I received good communication from the team. The team also were considerate of the neighbours. The job was done in a timely manner and to a satisfactory finish. Thank you, MCM.

Terraced House new roof.
MCM is a great company to do business with! They are a family run business who completed our new roof & bay within 2 days from start to finish, much needed in these times of extreme weather conditions for this time of year. Having provided us with a very competitive quote (one out of five from my builder) it was their friendly and professional approach on our first meeting what set the other roofers apart, we just wanted this company. As far as workmanship they just cannot be beat and I would recommend them over any other roofing company in the Stoke on Trent area. This is my own honest opinion. Having worked along side traders in the building industry over the years. Mr S. Alcock A very satisfied customer.

Re-tile roof
Did the job in very quick time. An issue arose after the works and they are to sort it out with no questions asked. Would definitely recommend

New roof 2 bed terrace
Highly recommended. Great experience from quote to completion. Michael and Faye were very friendly and helpful during the quote, explaining technical terms and the process in detail. The job itself went smoothly, and the team were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond such as removing an old satellite dish for no extra charge. Michael was always available by phone to answer any questions I had. I'm very pleased with the work.

Full new roof detached house
Michael and his team were great. Micheal and Faye came out to quote, and were professional and gave sound advice. Michael kept us in the loop so we knew what to expect and when. The team always cleaned up after and seemed like genuinely nice guys. The job was completed quickly and the scaffholding was taken down a few days later. The flat roof and bay window were completed the following week. Really happy with the work completed and it’s transformed the house. Have already recommended MCM to family and friends.
