I’m sorry that you feel let down by me but in my defence there was a slight tear in your felt which you had only noticed after scaffolding was down and roof was completed. There was was about 7-8 downpipes we installed apparently one was quite crooked I’m not sure about that. Scaffolders and skips can turn up out the blue most skip company’s can’t give a specific time not really my fault. We stripped your chimney which took 3 days with 3-4 lads on it which was absolutely solid and really messed up my schedule for other jobs we only charged what it cost me so didn’t make a profit on that as I didn’t want to charge extra out of good will. After we did main roof you wanted your garage doing aswell in which we happily did for you. Yes I agree the job did take abit longer than we thought as this was over Christmas and the new year. Me and my brother even worked on this job on Christmas Eve to try and get it over the line even though I would of preferred to be at home with my family on that day. The customer didn’t mention we had to top up insulation in loft because his building inspector said there wasn’t enough up there this wasn’t in the quote yet demanded we did it for free in which we did. We also had to pay to get rid of some asbestos which I happily did. As for letting my team down which upsets me the most I’ve worked my absolutely hardest for the last 4 years to get this business where it is today keeping 9 men in work sometimes working 7 days a week
