Can’t say how pleased I am with both the standard of work carried out by this contractor and his reliability. He was upfront and honest from the start. His work was absolutely perfect, can’t fault it and I’m normally hard to please. He arrived exactly when he said he would carried out the plastering then cleaned up after himself, it was refreshing to meet such a decent workman. I’d recommend this guy everyday of the week! Will certainly use him in the future!!

Superb quality of workmanship. Finished walls look amazing. Plaster board was attached to walls in one room for better insulation and plastered over. Another room had the full wall re done following a poor finish by a below par plasterer. Andrew made everything so easy for us. He was punctual and ensured he kept us up to date. He was trustworthy and we were happy to let him work away in the house while we got on with our day. I would absolutely recommend Andrew to family and friends.

Andy was great - turned up on time, good job done on schedule and he gave good advice for keeping the costs down. Would definitely use him again.

I was a bit nervous about hiring an “unknown” (to me) builder, but I needn’t have been. Andrew McFarlane was amicable, an excellent communicator, a perfect time-estimator and time-keeper, seemed to charge a fair market rate, and most importantly did a flawless job drywalling and skimming a 7’x3’ bit of red brick wall. He also left the place spotless. I would definitely recommend him and call on him again. Thank you, Andrew!
