Mark, thank so much for your extra vigilance. I asked for him to quote me on what I thought were rotten floor joists. He identified the beginnings of suspected slight subsidence. In comparison to my pictures of how my property used to be from when I viewed it online and in person there do seem to have been some changes that have taken effect. Mark is very genuine and knowledgeable and quite skilled with his experience in what he pointed out to me throughout my hallway and outside my house. Mark fitted 6 interior doors for us. He arrived on time, friendly and polite. The job was completed quicker than I expected and to a high standard. Mark explained that the doors may expand and has offered to come back and shave more off the doors if they begin to stick. I have got a quote from him for another job and will be using him again.
