Mark Bainbridge of All Aspects Home let me down 3 days before the job to fit laminate flooring was to take place. Although I had booked him from the September..I had spoken to him a number of times and at each stage was reassured the price I was given for the job would not change. I was very informative of the work to take place and thought all was well. Three days before the job was to be done he visited my property, firstly he ignored arrangements on the time to visit thinking he could turn up when he wanted too. When looking in the bathroom area he said he would take the toilet and basin out to fit the floor...I was a bit thrown by this as he had never mentioned this in our conversations on the telephone...He then retracted and told me to get my own plumber to do that part of the job. When I reminded him he said he would do it..he made excuses and left as I did not have the money for a plumber. I telephoned him two hours later and asked him to reconsider based on what he originally said he would do. He said he could reconsider but would'nt. I was really upset and angry at his behaviour and very bad communication with the customer. I said I would report him which I have done to My builders.com and was advised to leave feedback for new customers searching this site. Mark Bainbridge said that if I did report him he would tell people I let him down many times. This is not the case..I had to reschedule the job once due to other unforseen work that need doing.

Mark have done a good job and I have to admit that he is very clean and there were no dirt as per previous contractor.

Mark contacted us promptly and was polite,competitively priced, conscientious and helpful. We hired him for the job and he fitted us in quickly due to the nature of the job. However, we did have to call Mark back as we had rain and the guttering was not sealed properly as it leaked. Mark did come back asap when he said he would and has since repaired and completed the job with thanks.

Good communications - the job was explained well, price was competitive and, most importantly, job completed to a high standard (& no mess left behind at all!).
