Came within the hour, fair quote, quick fix to our broken bath drain, very friendly chap!

I contacted Jacob after your details and I would firstly point out that he was the only contact you gave me who had read my job correctly the others were all trying to “ ram their boilers down my throat” Jacob listened to my job asking a great many good relevant and asking for photographs of the existing boiler pipe work etc He recommended that the boiler I was thinking of buying whilst good there were many more on the market that would do the job at a less expensive cost to me We agreed a fixed price for him to supply and install a new Baxi boiler and a date to do the job No money was asked for up front On the given day Jacob arrived on time very smartly dressed in “ workman’s gear” He completed the job removed all the old parts and fully explained exactly how the boiler worked , the warranty and his after sales service I paid him the agreed amount and have agreed that he will return after his summer break to fix a gas pipe problem ( not associated with the job)

Jakub did an excellent job getting our boiler pressure fixed. He identified and fixed other long standing problems with the boiler. I’m really impressed with Jakub, he responded quickly, was friendly, efficient and helpful. And he was great with my young son, really happy to show him things and answer questions. I will be hiring Jakub again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
