We spoke to a few architects about drawing some plans for our garage before we decided to go with Alex and we were really happy with our choice. Alex gave us lots of suggestions and advice and although this is quite a small job for an architect we were still made to feel that our job was important. Alex was very proactive and pushed us along. We were only charged what was quoted and Alex has also saved us money by explaining how to we could write the notifications to our neighbours ourselves (a different architect told us we would have to pay a solicitor to do it!) We will definitely be recommending Alex to friends and family.

Work completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Alex on a number of different projects and he has always provided a excellent service from start to finish. In this particular project he drew up the plans for a 3 bedroom attached house that I intend to have built while keeping Alex as the Project Manager. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking for architectural or project management work, as he has a very strong knowledge about construction and he is always contactable. The quality of the work is fantastic and the speed of delivery outstanding. I’m very happy to recommend Alex.

Alex produced the design concept, pre-planning application and full planning application work for our project at The Firefly Pub site, Station Road, Bourne End, Bucks. The scheme comprises 11 x 2 bed flats & 1 x 3 bed house. We are at the stage in the project where we are now ready to submit plans pending some negotiations with the local authority. The work was excellent and really elucidated the scheme through drawings and rendered models. In addition Alex has built up an excellent relationship with the local authority and councillors, leading to a design concept that has received very warm feedback. All work was on time and to the agreed budget. A number of concept options were developed and Alex was very flexible in incorporating ideas and suggestions to build consensus for the project. I am very happy to recommend Alex based on the work he has done for us. I have been involved in the Firefly project from the site's purchase and am the Company Secretary of RP Developments Ltd (see Companies House) who own the Firefly site.
