    Kitchen worktop, sink and extractor fan refurbishment
    Sel was very helpful in picking and choosing materials, when there were slight issues he even reordered the material and spent extra time completing the job. Liked his approach and attitude. His quotation was also sharp and recommend him.

    Repair fence and trim wisteria

    Redecoration of house (inc removing one wall)
    Sel and his team were great. We did a complete refurbish of a three bed house use that hadn't been decorated in decades. Marmarex removed a wall and a number of old 90s curved arches from interior doorways, replaced all flooring, replastered ceilings and walls, fitted new radiators and an entire new bathroom. Communication was good throughout, with photos updates and questions sent through a WhatsApp thread with the builders, electricians on it so any issues could be resolved quickly.

    trellis and integral archway replacement

    Cafe refurb
    Owner of a cafe in Aldgate, London. I can highly recommend Sel and his team. They were hired to carry out a refurbishment/restructuring of the cafe. Everything was meticulously planned and they were quick, super efficient. Sel was even kind enough to come back several months afterwards, at no extra charge, to make an amendment at my request. Clear communication, nice people and fair pricing. Big thumbs up from me

    Build a cloakroom toilet upstairs (no existing plumbing
    The work undertaken was to build an upstairs cloakroom toilet off a rear bedroom where there was no existing plumbing (the bathroom is downstairs). Sel and his team were a pleasure to work with. They all had a great attitude - polite, friendly and happy. I really appreciated the fact that they consulted with me on things like the re positioning of electrical points down to the size of grouting between the tiles! I was very particular about the way everything should be placed and look and they worked with me to achieve the best outcome and where necessary made changes. Sel's pricing was competitive and he was happy to arrange the purchase of materials through his trade accounts to get the best price for me. I am so pleased with my new cloakroom that I am discussing another project with Sel.

    Bathroom renovation & new boiler installation
    Sel and his team were absolutely brilliant - could not recommend highly enough. Very happy to answer questions before & during work done, very transparent with costing which was much appreciated. They completed the bathroom / bedroom renovation in a very timely way & to a great standard - will be the first one we call if we need anymore work done!
