Fitted a shower exactly to my requirements and even came back willingly when a leak occurred in one of the new pipes. Left everything neat and tidy after finishing the job.

Very amateur install. Plumber caused leak leading to ceiling collapse. Swore a lot incorrectly installed shower- inverted hot and cold water. installed water filter on show rather than hidden as req. Quoted £270 to £290 charged £330. Mess still nearly 5 wks after incompetent & incomplete install. Had to show plumber youtube video of how to install filter. Left a loose floorboard. Damage to ceiling & walls & light by not supporting pipe joints adequately causing leak. very scruffy and work was overall very sloppy. devoid of empathy to my partner who has now had to attend hospital for episodes of asthma on several occasions caused by gaping hole in ceiling left by plumber and excess dust. He broke edge of bath panel which now hangs loose. Will not manage repairs in a timely manner, was dismissively rude when we questioned him he continued to drill while talking to us and put the phone down when we have been trying to organise in a professional manner. We were forced to approach ins company directly he gave false information and lied about degree of remediation work required. All in all I would suggest to anyone that if they are looking for a professional to do a plumbing job they definitely do not use this person. I have had to report to mybuilder.com and trading standards.

Very efficient in doing the job

Excellent job done by Mark. Removed large radiator disconnected back boiler pipes etc. Mark knew his stuff quickly got the job done in a clean tidy mannor. Very reasonabley priced. Highly recommended. Will use again.
