Great work, super quick, and excellent after-service. now listed as 'good plumber' in my phonebook!

Mark was punctual, courteous and highly professional. He carried out extensive checks on my electric & water supply infrastructure prior to proceeding with the task and made several suggestions regarding my consumer unit, which I'll consider taking forwards. I'd certainly recommend him and his company to anyone else, not just for his expertise but outstanding value for money.

Mark has been fabulous! Due to us renting I had to get approval which was a few hours between messages. He replied promptly when I got the go ahead and arrived (with all the necessary parts including an unexpected handle!) as most would be begging to get home especially on a bank holiday weekend, as he knew otherwise we’d be without a functioning loo with 3 children for the night otherwise. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Mark you are a life saver! Great communication, competitive pricing, got the job done and left things tidy! Most importantly he wiped his feet on the way in!

We needed our existing bath to be ripped out, and a replacement bathtub installed. Mark came to do the work the same week we posted the job. Mark was considerate and proficient. Due to a circumstance outside of Mark’s control, the work couldn’t be completed in one visit. The job was then completed slightly later than hoped, but to a great standard that we’re very happy with. Mark was very friendly and accomadating. We have just bought our first home and was greeted with two broken toilets and a leaking soil pipe to go with it. He replaced all the internals of our toilets and then fixed the soil pipe. Mark was friendly and turned up on time and was tidy. Glad to find a trusted plumber and would hire again

Thanks for fixing my shower. It turned out repair involves cheaper solution and there was no need to break any tiles which I am glad of. Apart from that temperature regulator in the shower was replaced and that involved another visit. All was done on time and with the quote agreed earlier. Will ask for help in future.

Mark was very reliable, always showed when he said he would. Very knowledgeable which shows his amount of experience. Firm on cost even when my bath was shocking when the panel got removed. Mark refreshed my bathroom by fitting new bath taps, bath waste, bath panel, shower rainfall mixer, shower screen, tightened sink taps, fixed outdoor tap, and stopped kitchen tap dripping. Honest prices. Would recommend and use again.

Didn’t turn up to first arrangement. After chasing, he didn’t turn up to second arrangement. Turned up on third but I had to chase again. Fitted outdoor tap with speed fit pipe down an external wall and left it with no lagging or uv protection. When I questioned about it he said he didn’t have any on the van. The external pipe is wonky by 13mm. I texted him photos of this with a ruler and he said I won’t notice once I put lagging on. He fitted the pipe in the attic on top of the joists, so now I can’t put my floor boards back down. I’ve messaging him he lied saying he fitted the attic pipe next to the other pipes. When I sent him photos to evidence that he didn’t he never replied again, never offered to fix the job or give me a refund. Now I’m left with what looks like a DIY botch job and I’ve got to pay for someone else to fix and finish the job.
