Mark Shaw was my builder, totally reliable, dependable and reasonably priced. Kept to his appointments promptly for both the assessment, pricing, date for repairs and did the job professionally. Will definitely use this Builder again and have already recommended him to my neighbours.

Job completed as quoted to a great quality. Mark and his son turned up on time and we're very friendly and courteous. Plastering was completed and room left clean and tidy. Additional tiling work was also completed to an excellent standard. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

After initially being friendly and very communicative, Mark arranged to come over and view the job after work at 5pm on the Friday with a view to starting the job the following Wednesday, he didn't turn up and after finally getting hold of him told us he got lost and had another appointment to get to. He then rearranged to come over the following day at 11am and once again didn't turn up or even message us. At this point he proceeded to ignore our calls and messages so we cut our losses and found another tradesmen who did communicate and turn up. Being in construction myself, I found his way of doing business very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend dealing with him.

Mark from MJS Builders did an excellent job of taking down an old larve and plaster ceiling and replastering and painting to a high standard. I found him to be a very genuine person who is polite and punctual and works hard all day. When the work was finished he removed several bags of rubble and cleaned up also to a high standard. I look forward to using MJS Builders again.

Mark came and quoted for the job. Gave me a rough estimate of cost on site and promised to send me a written quote later that day He email me the written quote and it confirms the price that was mentioned on site We agreed a day that he could do the job. The day before I message Mark just to confirm that he was still able to do the job when agreed It was only at 7:30 at night with Mark replied to tell me that he was unable to do the job due to staff sickness. We agreed a new date however he failed to turn up. I have left a message through this site for him which he has not replied to I have tried calling him twice which he has not answered I have also sent him a WhatsApp message which he has not read and not reply to even though he has been online .

i have used plastering teams and crews in London for the past 25 years! i always wanted to find a team here in kent- now i have , Mark and his team were fantastic, all the way, and i am very happy with the results, prompt, and pleasant to work with, very neat and precise plasterers/ screeders. always informed me of what they planned each week, and the extras i asked for they got on with and completed a really great job! would highly recommend them!!!!

Hired for the complete rennovation of a property. Really great job. Reaonable price. Good communication - kept me informed throughout and advised of any decisions needed, options and any possible extra costs prior to actioning. Able to juggle and show flexibility with new requests on top of the existing workload. Really nice guy. Very pleased. Thank you!
