Really pleased with the quality of work. Done to a very high standard. Communication through out the project was very good. Leaned on Marjan for some of the design choices and his recommendations were always on point. Would highly recommend this contractor.

Marjan is a first class person. His attitude, the way he listens, talks, works is excellent. There is no doubt he wants to do the best job. He takes time to explain what's needed, find the best option based on our requirements. He had patiently re-sanded and re-polished the hallway when I pointed out an issue. I don't think anyone else would have done that. Top marks for his attitude. Undoubtedly would hire again and recommend.

Marjan did a really good job of laying out herringbone flooring. Very efficient, good quality work and very tidy. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Marjan highly enough. Our initial flooring guy did a terrible job and we had to have it redone. I'm so happy with it now. Marjan arrived when he said he would, was polite and did a great job. I couldn't ask for more. We will definitely hire him again.

Marjan demonstrated a high level of professionalism, diligence, openness and integrity throughout the job and provided a transparent quote. Moreover, he provided us with regular and clear communication in terms of arrival times, job duration, always prompt and courteous; he was also very helpful by advising on other aspects of the Job. We had a small time window to complete this job and Marjan demonstrated flexibility in accommodating and scheduling the days to meet the deadline, which is very much appreciated. We are very pleased with the quality of the wood floor installation work- and it was completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend Marjan to others.

Marjan is super friendly and responsive or was at least until we encountered an issue with his work. Having given us a fair price and been very flexible on the installation date, our new floor was installed and looked beautiful. However, pretty soon afterwards it started to bow and sound hollow in certain areas. We contacted him and after some back and forth he agreed to a follow-up visit. He immediately said this was natural as its a solid wood floor and that he had checked the moisture level in several places while installing the floor. This issue has got worse and is clearly spreading. Having contacted the manufacturer they have indicated that an additional damp-proofing layer should have been installed. Marjan has stopped replying to emails asking for his view and we are now stuck with a new floor in our house which is clearly lifting. We have been advised the only remedy is for the floor to be replaced.

Marjan and his colleague did a really good job fitting my oak flooring. The floor looks great, it's fitted very well and they did it quickly, making no mess along the way. He was really helpful talking to me about options for a few tricky areas and he also fitted the skirting boards too. His communication was good and he was always quick to respond to messages via My Builder. I am very happy to recommend him and I would definitely use him again. Thank you.
