    Landlord's EICR & PAT tests, Penicuik

    David responded quickly to the job I posted on 'My Builder' for EICR/PAT tests, and was able to undertake the work within 2 days. I was happy with the work and the price was reasonable. I would recommend him 😀

    Electricity Certificate
    David completed a EICR report for my property and replaced a faulty socket. Job completed quickly and professionally. Would recommend for any further jobs.

    Burnt wire in shower pull cord switch

    After posting my job and inviting David to apply, he contacted me within minutes. We discussed the job and he arrived, as agreed, a couple of hours later. The job was done in no time to a high quality and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

    Hard wiring heat and smoke alarms
    David did a great job installing two smoke alarms and a heat alarm in my property. Gave advice on the best place to install and how to keep all wiring out of sight - work is very neat as a result. Worked very efficiently, and tidied up as they went along. Would be happy to recommend.

    EICR

    David did the EICR efficiently and at a good price. During this he discovered several faults with the new fuse board installed only 2 years ago, one of them potentially dangerous, and fixed these quickly and again at a very reasonable price. Most impressed with this and the way he e-mailed all the necessary documents to me on the spot.

    Electrics for garage conversion
    David did a really fantastic job for me with the electrics for my kids playroom (formerly a garage). He also took on some extra sockets and an outside light and delivered all the work over two visits. Fantastic, absolutely five stars!

    Check Electrics in 2 bed flat and fit alarms
    Great! Arrived on time, did everything requested with the minimum of fuss and no mess. Installed 2 smoke & 1 heat alarms, replaced fuse-board, EICR and PAT testing. Thoroughly recommended.

    Installing 22 Spotlights in Ceiling

    Install plug socket in attic

    David, installed a plug in my attic. He quoted a fair price and communicate well when he could arrive and how long he would take. The job was finished to a high standard.
