Mark did an excellent job, on time both visits, brickwork was very good and blended in perfectly. He even cleaned up mess I had left after he was finished as well as his own and swept everywhere. Would use again and recommend.

Very good job completed. Very professional, prompt and reasonable. Good communication kept me informed throughout.

Anyone interested in hiring this guy please stay away if you want to avoid disappointment. I have had a really bad experience with him. Long story short I hired him for simple reporting job, two outside walls on my outbuilding. He said he could only work Saturdays. Out of 6 weekends he did not turn up 3 times. He did not let me know he wasn’t coming in advance. In the end he wouldn’t answer the phone. All these weekends I had to be in the house waiting for him not to turn up. He also took more than half the money on his last visit but didn’t even finish half the job. The work done wasn’t very good either as confirmed today by a different builder. He didn’t clean the mortar in the joints deep enough, basically just patched it up with some new mortar. All in all very bad experience. I hope he isn’t going to rob anyone alse.

Disappointing experience. I uncovered a problem with the wall built as part of this job - I contacted them several times and heard nothing back. I mentioned several times during the job it was absolutely key that the wall they were tasked to build wasn't too high - the height had to be precise. The wall is fine at one side and too high in the middle, by a mater of 2-3cm. This doesn't constitute precision to me. I understand that mistakes happen, and even if their team had come back and offered to adjust the height, or cut the top of the bricks slightly i'd have been happy. To not respond to my request for help is very poor form. I'm now in a position where i'm going to have to do this work myself, having already paid them. It saddens me to have to leave negative feedback - their team were very friendly and more than helpful during the work, which is why I'm so surprised they haven't offered to help sort out the height of the wall. Unfortunately negative feedback is the only option I have.

I am very happy with the work that Mark has completed. Good clean & tidy pointing to a section of brickwork - which now makes the rest of the brickwork look decidedly second-class! He also advised me on other jobs I need to have done in the future. Will definitely employ his skills again. Thank you Mark.
