New boiler in the loft
Hired to remove old boiler system and replace (including relocating to loft) as well as knock separate WC/bathroom into one room and fully refurb. Very well organised and responsive, Mickey, Seb and Connie spot and deal with issues before problems occur, give good advice, come up with creative solutions and are keenly focused on quality, making sure you are happy with everything as you go. On top of that their pricing is reasonable and transparent and they are all just thoroughly decent, pleasant people to work with. Cannot recommend highly enough, will not consider using anyone else in future.

Service my boiler
Mikey did the annual service to my boiler. He arrive on time, was polite, took time to explain what he was doing and why. I think he did a good job. I intend to ask Mikey to do the service next year as well.

Central heating
Micky and his colleague were great. They installed our entire hot water system in 3 days and left our house tidy. Gave a great explaination on how it worked. Good job with a good price.

Fix my Worcester boiler
I was very pleased to have found Mickey to sort out my boiler issue. Lovely guy, polite and very professional. He quickly sorted out the problem without wasting any time, and I could see he was very experienced in the way he tackled the job. Would highly recommend, and will definitely call upon him again when I next have a problem.

Boiler Check up and advice
Top Job. 5 out of 5 Star for Mickey and Plumr Ltd. Mickey is very knowledgable, competent, worked with my understanding and expectations to fix the boiler. I found his advice very fruitful regarding aftercare and maintenance associated with Worchester Bosch boilers. I will happily employ him again regarding any Plumbing and Heating works at my property.
