    Replacement boiler, add 3 new radiators and pipes
    Thank you Mickey and Plumr team for the new boiler and radiators. The quote was prompt and works were taken shortly afterwards. The works took around 4 days and we left the keys and came back to a warm home. We would highly recommend Plumr.

    Replace boiler, system maintenance, service, flush etc.
    Mickey came round to spec and price the job and was very thorough in explaining options sizing rads etc. Price was in middle of the three quotes but Plumr response was definitely the best overall and I felt confident giving Mickey the work. Engineer Ian installed the new system boiler and pipework (boiler relocated from under stairs to kitchen) while apprentice Joe fitted new rads. Both consulted with me whenever needed but otherwise got on with the job. Mickey also arranged for a new water main to be installed by preferred local specialist JD Moling and James and his team were also excellent. All the work was completed as promised in three (full) days and new system is huge improvement. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Plumr who also have a full kitchen and bathroom fitting service and I will certainly give Mickey the opportunity to quote for the new kitchen we are planning.

    Boiler service
    Mickey arrived at the time agreed. He carried out the work expertly even leaving a sticker on the boiler to remind me when the next annual service is due and filling in the log at the back of the boiler manual which I wasn’t aware existed. Mickey is fully covid vaccinated and wore a mask which is important to me as I’m clinically vulnerable and have to be careful. I would not hesitate in recommending him. In fact a friend has already asked for his contact details.

    Power flushing for 12 rads from gas boilerlrer
    Arrived on time very pleasant guy. Got on with job straight away and worked all day with a supply of the odd cup of tea. Left everything clean and tidy. Good job.

    Boiler service and investigate water drip from unit.
    The guys from Plumr did a great job. Quickly diagnosed the issue, sourced the part, picked it up then returned to install it without fuss. They did a thorough job of the boiler service after it was fixed and also fixed a leaky inlet pipe into my washing machine whilst they were here. Charged the exact quote plus the new part. Professional and friendly throughout. Will use again.

    Boiler replacement
    Mickey was knowledgeable and helpful with the initial quote. The guys arrived on time, were efficient and friendly. New boiler installed and power flush successfully completed. Great job!
