Mickey and his colleague did a great job yesterday and managed to replace the boiler, remove the water tank and perform a full power flush and system check in one day. Upon completion they cleaned everything away afterwards and were diligent and polite throughout. We are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Plumr Ltd to anyone.

Plumr Ltd was very easy to deal with, a quote was booked in straight away, suiting my timing. They booked the job in for 1.5 days but were able to change the boiler within 1 day. The main person we dealt with on the day was Jac, who was very enthusiastic about boilers and the Nest. I would highly recommend them for installing a new boiler and flushing the radiators.

Jac and Mickey were on time, worked quickly and were friendly and professional throughout. I've hired a few tradesmen on this site and this is the best experience I've had. All bookings and enquires go through Connie so you don't have the problems getting hold of someone you sometimes get when someone is busy is another job. They fixed numerous problems which had been caused by previous shoddy work done by another company and offered excellent advice. I'm hiring them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They came round on time on day stated. Did the job arranged at the price arranged and then some extras on top. Also offered some valuable professional advice for other work. I would hire again and will next year for boiler service and safety certificate. Thank you.

Jack and Mickey were responsive, efficidnt and professional. I would recommend them despite they are not cheap. The task was to change the old system boiler to the combi one. The system was old and rusty, so they had to be inventive. The gas supply pipe was undersized which was discovered during an execution, so the supply pipe should have been upgraded which required to go under floor with very limited access. It was done for the extra cost agreed during the upgrade. Guys completed all work within two days, removed all redundant piping and equipment, cleaned the places, filled guarantee forms and left the fully operational boiler. So far no issues discovered. Gas safety and boiler registrations will have to come later, I hope all required forms were submitted by Plumr.

Excellent communication with speedy, quality resolution of boiler problem. Unstuck the pump to get the heating and hot water going, then returned to fit a new pump. I'm extremely pleased.

Plumr turned up on time and did an excellent job servicing our boiler. They also gave helpful and impartial advice about other things we might want to do to improve our central heating/hot water supply. Very much recommend

Boiler had packed in and Plumr came round in the afternoon to quote and then replaced it the following day. Price was very competitive and their quote was clear about the costs of the replacement. Very impressed by the quality of the work and their professionalism, would definitely recommend!

Job not complete, plumber didn't show up for the follow up as scheduled. The heating is still not working.
