Mickey and the team did an excellent job. The work is neat and well thought out. During the installation, the team were tidy and considerate (e.g. using covers to protect flooring, closing doors when work was noisy etc). The team were careful to make sure I understood the installed products, even following up with a call on a very specific question I had about the operation of the installed Nest system. A few weeks on and everything is working as it should be. The Plumr office were very professional, providing clear invoicing with fair payment terms. Plumr were competitive on pricing, especially given the 10 year warrantee on the boilder installation. They were also able to arrange installation of the boilder at short notice. I would recommend Mickey/Plumr. Thanks.

An excellent job carried out by Mickey and his team. Their attention to detail was top class especially from Seb who undertook the bulk of the strip-out, tilling and fitting. The tiling especially was beautifully fully installed and we would welcome the team back for any more bathroom work we might have.
