We had completed on the property on 20th October. We had a defined list of works to be done and a set budget in mind. We were looking to complete the works in an efficient way along with electrical rewiring and flooring so we can move in by December. Hired Luke - LWM for the job and they were absolutely amazing.
Darryl and Tony are the expert plasterers you can find - detailed, fast and efficient. They were accommodating alongside the electricians - no issues there. They would always do the right thing and not cut corners to finish off the job in a hurry. They were at the site 7 every morning and finish off by 130/2 working non-stop. The site was left in a clean state at the end of the day. Luke was quick and adept to sort out any miscommunications so the work didn't stop.
Jon - Was great to have Jon paint the house walls ceilings and woodwork. He had to work alongside electricians and flooring guys, but he had no complains whatsoever. Always to the detail and works to the plan. punctual and clearly understood our project timeline.
We were nervous as we wanted to go with multiple tradespeople for plastering/decorating, electricals and flooring. We indeed had cheaper quotes than LWM, but we wanted a proper job done and we are happy to pay for the quality.
