Ahamed was amazing. I hadn't expected anyone to attend immediately, as the enquiry was posted on here at around 10.00 pm. Well, he turned up straight away, and identified the issue quickly. He made it safe, and then returned to rewire the burnt out cabling and fit new lights. He didn't charge a call out fee, and the cost was reasonable. Communication was first class, and what a genuine, kind and talented chap. Very grateful!
