Other than the EICR report, I found out that I needed a PAT test as well as the installation of multiple smoke/heat alarms. Regarding the latter, Ahamed's careful and and discreet placement of the devices while preserving the wall/ceiling decorative features of a period property was appreciated. I would recommend Ahamed and would use his services again in the future.
