Jamie did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price, even coming back a few days later to check my floor had settled properly and fix some beading at no extra cost. He's friendly, professional and reliable, and really knows his stuff. I will hire Jamie again and would definitely recommend him to others.

We are extremely pleased with Jamie's work so much so we've already decided to use him again for a couple of other projects we need help on. After reading the previous reviews about his work and reputation we were impressed with how accurate a description they were; he is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient person who really knows what needs doing and how to do it (having spent some time researching ourselves before realising that we weren't up to the DIY). What's more Jamie is very competitive for his experience and workmanship, we couldn't have found a better flooring specialist.

Had 2 laminate floors laid. Job was completed on time and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

We had several quotes for this job but after Jamie we knew immediately that was who we should hire. Jamie had an abundance of knowledge and obvious experience, offered advice and on top of that he quoted very competitively considering his experience. I must also say that in addition to the work he did, he also helped us out with obtaining the staining product. This (like most DIY jobs!) I know absolutely nothing about and we had no clue what we should be looking for in order to get the perfect finish. After the many, many phone calls and texts we made to him asking questions that he was always happy to provide answers for, I wondered if he would even turn up on the day because I had been such a pain! But of course he did and laden, too, with stain choices! Jamie obviously sets his personal standards very high to achieve the most perfect result he can which in turn means that we were exceptionally happy with the result. As far as his work style is concerned, he is thorough, keeps you up to date with the progress he is making, takes care in making sure your belongings are protected from the machinery and the staining product, and cleans up very well after himself. Jamie himself is polite, friendly, resourceful and just gets on with the job. He even managed to open our box sash windows that had been painted shut which we were almost as happy with as the actual floor! We are incredibly happy with the work Jamie has done. He is a man of great integrity with the skills and professionalism to back it up. Our only disappointment is that we don’t have any more jobs for him. Instead we will hope our plasterer/builder/electrician etc are cut from the same cloth. Hire this man and his company. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Jamie did a brilliant job laying Kahrs floor for my three rooms. Excellent craftsmanship, neat finish and good communication throughout. Latex compound was used to flatten the uneven surface before the floor boards were installed. He kept the workpace tidy and clean everyday during the 7 day period. He also took care to give me some advice about wooden floor maintenance after the installation. It has been a pleasure having Jamie working for me and I would recommend him to friends and family for any future flooring job.

I am very happy with the job done by Jamie. I strongly recommend him to those who look for services within the bands of Jamie's expertise. He has the skills there to do a good job, and also has good personality to patiently listen to customer's problems. You won't regret to find him.

Jamie arrived 30mins early, took a look at the work required and reduced his quote! He was friendly, courteous and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He did a great job and I am very happy to recommend him for future work.
