    Replacing boiler

    We've worked with Dave to get a new boiler installed, pipes replaced and the heating system cleaned up. Out of all quotes we received, he was the most obliging, friendly and very competitive in pricing. As we are very new to being house owners it can be quite overwhelming dealing with repairs and damages that you have no clue about. Dave proofed to be a very safe and professional pair of hands. He finished all repairs to a very high standard, explained all technical details to us and even double checked if everything is working fine the day after. We are actually continuing to work with Dave for other repairs in the house as we were 200% happy with his work and would always recommend him!

    Install 6 rads. Supplied & on site. Pipework in place. [Minor modification may be needed] Install x1 Towel Rail. Balance all & commission. Materials all supplied & on site No waste required to be removed as we will deal with as part of refurb. Carry out full power flush upon completion. x100 Solution on site x800 to be supplied by yourself Must be carried out on either 30/5, 31/5 or 1/6 First floor flat. Parking outside in car park, permits sorted. Part of refurbishment so no need to worry about floor protection etc. Should be a straightforward job, More work for the right person if interested. Please provide estimate, not day rates. Sorry but trades without feedback or P/L won't be considered.

    Complete waste of time. Asked him to attend site and do a simple sink & gas hob install on another job before going on to this one that we posted and booked him for which he agreed to do. Simple tasks that even a basic plumber can do usually. Found out that he in fact walked off the job, leaving it unfinished. We only found out via our client, some 5 days later, that it was [in his words] a 'faulty part'. But didn't bother to tell us though. Regular plumber has since installed without issue in 5 minutes. When questioned about this fact, first he ignored all calls and we got a 'whos this' text, then after chasing, a rambling text message about how he couldn't do the job due to this 'faulty part' [that we are yet to identify, as the system has been installed by our plumber without issue] then proceeded to ramble on, to cancel the previously arranged job as he was now going off on holiday. Complete waste of time and effort. P1ssed off our client, wasted our time, couldnt complete a simple job and couldn't and didn't even bother explain himself, just left the job half finished. Wont be using, or recommending to anyone ever. Over priced timewaster.

    Ok, so I thought i'd leave it a while before responding to this fabricated review left by adb services, the objective being to receive a lot more positive reviews over the 12 months that followed, and in doing this, convincing any potential future clients that this 1 negative review was completely out of place and would hopefully raise eybrows as to its legitimacy. Unfortunately, it would appear a false review can quite easily damage a company's reputation and I'm now trying to source work elsewhere. ADB refused to acknowledge that there was a personal tragedy that prevented me from finishing the work. I even sent them proof of my situation, which they chose to ignore. Please pay attention to all of my other glowing reviews.

    Vaillant gas boiler - pressure keeps rising

    I had what turned out to be a simple problem with my boiler but needed someone to look over it and show me how to repressurise. David was great - very helpful. He clearly explained where the problem was and how to repressurise in future if I needed to, making it easier as the screw heads were worn away and hard to turn. He also made sure the system was working well before leaving. I'd have no hesitation in recommending and would happily call on him again as he seemed friendly and very competent.

    Boiler/heating testing

    David did a boiler and central heating service for me prior to completing on a new property. He was quick, efficient and provided a great service. Happy with the speedy results. Would definitely recommend!

    Install double outlet tap washing machine & dishwaser

    Hire for a boiler service and to change a tap. Great service and really communicative throughout. Would be very happy to recommend and will hire again.

    Boiler Replacement w/ Nest Thermostat

    Dave is an excellent tradesmen with exceptional attention to detail. When quoting on the boiler he explained everything about the process in layman's terms to make sure we were aware of all the requirements. The installation took a day and was messy work but he did a thorough job of tidying up after himself and left the area as if he'd never been there. The installation itself was very neat, and the boiler and thermostat are working without a hitch. If you're looking for a plumber who's easy to work with, understanding and trustworthy, Dave's your man.

    New house gas safety & central heating/pipes/radiator

    Dave was very polite, communicated fully throughout and didn't even mind when the estate agent messed up with the gas card. Very punctual and reliable on both times that he was due to arrive at the property. I hired him to do a gas safety check on an old property that I am in the process of buying and a general check on the heating, both of which he carried out with consummate professionalism. I am very happy with his service and communication, so much so that I have asked for further quotes on other plumbing and heating services that we require. I would definitely recommend.

    Gas safety certificate

    This tradesman, David, is very good. He is efficient, polite, always communicates, and knows what to do. He has done an inspection of the gas system at my property and is about to do some other jobs on the gas and will replace the shower in the bathroom too. I can definitely recommend this person. Often tradespeople treat you like a fool or don't communicate, its so refreshing to work with a tradesman who is professional and organised. I'll leave more feedback after the next jobs are completed.
