Terrible experience with this company from start to finish. Quoted one price but then added VAT on without any warning. Arrived without proper covers for furniture, so we had to provide. Casued delays the installing of replacement flooring. Claimed to be local but wasn't, which meant they were hours late on EVERY day of work. Ultimately did such a bad job we fired them and had another company come in and finish it up - we had already paid some funds to LPD up front so it ended up costing us.Answer from tradesperson:
To be honest this review is spiteful, untrue and hurtfull , that is has taken me over a year to even respond ..we have been in the industry for over 40 years and have over hundreds of reviews on my builder and other platforms.. we pride our self on trust ,reliability, and quality as mention by all other clients this is nothing but a fabricated,lie to call it the least.this is my lively that I take seriously and would not act as describe in this review to jeopardise it. Clearly this Pearson has not considered what over hundreds of people that have commented on my conduct ... clearly nothing but bad intentions.. I am sorry to say.. for other potential clients please read between the lines.. and don't allow this personally endeavour to persuade you in contacting me . Best regards lewis.
