He is excellent, friendly and job done as promised.

Quick to respond and quick to resolve the issue.

Lawrence was quick to come round to diagnose the issue and fixed it- he talked me through the issue and showed me why the parts needing replacing, telling me the price before ordering parts and ordered on speakerphone so I could hear the cost price. He didn’t charge a call out diagnostic fee so it was much more competitive than others who said it would require two call outs effectively and ordering a part in between. Lawrence ordered and collected the part in 30 mins and the whole job done in 3hours. I’d hire him again.

Boiler was diagnosed and fixed within 72hrs. Very professional service offered. Would recommend this gentleman.

I am very pleased with the service Lawrence provided. He was very friendly to talk to and responded to messages very quickly. He was able to identify the problem, provide me a quote and was then at my house - ready to start - within half an hour. He got to work right away, confirming the problem and replacing the pump. After installing the new pump he thoroughly tested everything and bled all the radiators to make sure everything was working well. Lawrence also identified an issue with the valve in the water tank in my loft and was able to fix it at the same time, stopping to check the cost with me before proceeding. I would happily recommend Lawrence to anyone having issues with their heating/boiler, and won't hesitate to contact him in the future if I have any more work that needs doing.

Lawrence nice guy, got to my place on time and went straight to work, fixed my boiler( the particular issue I complained about) and left.
