Lee & his son turned up on time and immediately started removing the old fencing. The new fencing was installed and looks really great. We are really pleased with the finished job and all the rubbish was removed and the area left in a clean condition. We will certainly be asking Lee back to do more work in the future. Thanks

Very pleased with Lee's response and approach to the job. He is polite,tidy and economical. He relayed the slabs efficiently and I am more than happy with his level of work. I would not hesitate to invite him to look at other jobs should they arise.

Lee did a fantastic job of turning a gravel pit into a lovely lawn. My garden is transformed and the finished effect is better than I hoped it could be. Lee and his son arrived promptly, were a delight to deal with and totally reliable - and very fairly priced! I unreservedly recommend LMT Ground Maintenance for any landscaping or general garden job. I've already asked him back to do another job.

Lee responsed quickly to the posted job and arranged to come to quote the following day. He arrived on time, quoted fairly, providing quotes for further work required (driveway cleaning and garden levelling). I was happy with the itemised quote and Agreed to hire him then. He started the jobs on a Thursday and said he would finish on Tuesday which he did, even coming on a Saturday to ensure he finished on time. He always arrived on time. He completed all the jobs we originally agreed to. It was a fairly difficult task, as we asked him to work with and retain as much of the old decking as possible to keep costs down. He managed to retain all but two of the boards. They did a great job painting the decking and jet washing & sanding the drive way. They tidied up after themselves each day, and got rid of the old rotten boards for me.

Lee quoted a very competitive price for building some raised beds and levelling our garden ready for seeding. His communication was excellent, always replying within a few hours to the many questions I had. Despite providing an itemised list of the work required, there were some errors in what was completed. When I contacted Lee he was very accepting of this, and rectified the mistakes the next day. He cares very much about his customer service and I can't fault him for this. My only criticism was regarding the clean up. It was appalling. There was rubbish left by the workers, extraneous rubble left strewn around the garden, and three 12 inch steel rods left hidden in the grass (when I mowed my lawn they completely destroyed my lawnmower - having said this, Lee offered to pay for a new lawnmower and was incredibly apologetic, which again shows how much he cares for his customers' experience). With everything considered I would recommend LMT as their prices were extremely competitive and completed incredibly quickly.
