New paved area with artificial grass
(Updated on 3 Jul 2020)They have no idea what each other are doing, and compensating for this with lies. Asked them not to cover my rotary hole 3 times..but they did, resulting in them having to buy me a new 1, and re site, which they did do no questions asked. They made a right mess of the slabbing around my drain, having to place a thin piece in between 2 large slabs, with slabs overhanging the drain with no support, it was my suggestion to build it up with bricks and to put a new drain grate in... they bought the wrong 1 and made do the best they could, which wasn’t good. They knocked £150 off the £3,000 bill for all the coming and going they had to do to rectify their mistakes. The drainpipe no longer sits over the drain so I now have my own paddling pool every time I turn a tap on..or it rains, as there is no slight slope for drainage, they were coming to replace the end of the drainpipe for a longer 1 so it sits over the drain...I haven’t seen them since. They even managed to f**k up the laying of the artificial grass. I feel that Marc tries his best to rectify others mistakes but he’s the fencer and Lee, well he’s just ignorant, so I didn’t have him back to my house, but unfortunately for us he was the “slab man” The 2 labouring lads are polite, cheery and professional but we’re left hanging about for the others to turn up or bring them materials.
Do NOT book this company .. you WILL regret it, I know I do.
