Quoted for a wall reduction with all walls finished with brick ends. Once here he asked if he could paint the ends with cement to look like bricks and was told no as it had to look the same as the rest of the brickwork, but he did it anyway! So he didn’t do what he quoted for and ignored me when he was told cement ends would not acceptable. We were offered a discount or a return to finish it but we accepted the discount as we didn’t want to have them back nor have more disruption.
Hello Gary in quote it didn’t say to replace brickwork I have email prove and also not to reinstate block paving which we did free off charge. Also there was three parking bays you wanted to be shorted yours and two number which was happy with what we done and wants us to do more work for him. When I called you. You said your Neighbours wasn’t happy but got email prove from your Neighbour John saying he was happy and email prove saying you never asked him if he was happy just saying you was paying me. You said you had someone to do it for free obviously that’s what you wanted.
Lawrence and his crew are great guys to work with. I’ll hire him again if there’s anything more to do.
I was really pleased with these guys. They were reliable, turned up when they said and got on with the job without any drama. They managed to repair a damaged garden wall blending in the new with old brilliantly and the outcome was far better than expected. 100% satisfied great work guys.
