This company has an ethos rarely found these days: one of politeness, customer care and charm, whilst maintaining a high degree of efficiency, problem solving and fair pricing. The work undertaken was to prevent water penetration and, of course, only time will tell if it has been successful; but I have no reason, or inclination, to believe it will be anything other than a job well done. Thank you, Mr Botting and your excellent team.

Required work was completed and carried out quicker than i expected which i was very pleased about.

Lee and his team did a perfect job at a competitive price. They were courteous, professional and thorough. They cleaned up afterwards so well that no one would know that tradesman had been to the house that day to rebed ridge tiles to most of the roof of a large house. I have no hesitation in recommending Lee Botting.

Communications were superb and service from the office and Lee who came around to assess personally couldn't be faulted in any way. the work was carried out timely and with minimal fuss and disruption and the workmen were very polite and efficient. I have been very impressed with the service provided by Lee Botting (LJB). I advertised the job which was cutting a drain into a tiled patio, on a ‘Find a Builder’ site. I was contacted very quickly, by Lee’s team offering to quote for the work. Very soon after that Lee priced up the job. The estimate arrived very quickly as promised at a price I was happy with. The admin team were excellent at staying in contact and advised me roughly when the work would be done, contacting me again just before the actual date. The standard of the work, f was excellent, and the drain already looks like it’s always been there. The guys doing the job were very polite and considerate. To access the garden they had to go through the house, which they did with great care, causing no mess at all. Overall I have been extremely impressed by the standard of the work as well as the admin and communication. I would recommend LJB without any hesitation and will definitely contact them with any other building jobs I may have in future.
