We are sorry you have felt the need to post a negative review of LJB. We feel that this review is unfair, as the biggest delay was due to the kitchen units/worktop arriving later than originally planned - ordering and delivery of which was organised by yourself. We were also left handwritten comments over the plans, with no cohesion or clarity. Our team worked late and over weekends, as even though the delays were not caused by us, we wanted to try to complete the project to your deadline, and so we really couldn't have done any more to achieve this. We were given a list of snagging jobs prior to us finishing the work (which is a little unusual as we would usually expect snagging lists to be raised after works were finished) - which were all completed, and you had plenty of opportunity to raise any further comments if you wished to. We are disappointed as we would have hoped that you felt that you could have reached out to and discussed this with LJB directly as you had previously, as I am sure we could have answered any queries you had.
