Dan was great, Really responsive, provided a quote from the description and that what was honoured. Dan came round on the same day, communication was clear and he did a precise job in gaining access the fault area. (downstairs toilet latch faulty). Dan informed me of what had failed in the latch and provided some helpful comments in respect of purchasing a new lock. Dan's work was tidy and professional, will definitely use again for future locksmith issues. Many thanks Dan.

He didn’t initially have the right cylinder (with the locking mechanism we wanted) so he installed a temporary option whilst he ordered the right one.
