    New shower room.

    Extremely pleased with Michaels work.bathroom was a disgrace now it looks really nice for a very fair price indeed .I have no problem recommend ing Michael and would definitely use him again.just sorry I didn't take before pics.

    New bathroom to be fitted

    had the job booked in all panned with mike we both knew we’re we stood with the job i had to cancel through losing my job through the pandemic kept him informed told him i’d be in touch he said that’s fine as he had no work and was struggling to get any , within 6 weeks i told him i’m ready to start if he wants to book it in as i’m back in work he has basically just told me he’s” booked for a while “with no offer of a date down the line tbh he was a pain anyway never getting back to messages until near midnight each time .seemed a nice fella though good luck in the future

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Customer was booked in for starting date, many attempts were made to contact customer regarding the commencement of work without reply, I had to message customer and state that I was booking in work to cover the time I had set aside for him, I had spent hours working out a schedule only to be let down at the end. The job was originally scheduled for before covid 19. The customer then offered me the job last week, I am fully booked at the moment. And he replied no problem, messages to prove this

    Small Bathroom refit.

    Great job by Michael, complete bathroom refit, new shower unit, bath, sink, toilet, also tiled floor and ceiling, highly recommended and would use his services again, thanks Mike

    Shower installation over bath

    Mike fitted a power shower over my bathroom and also replaced my existing standalone shower. Mike is a pleasure to deal with. Friendly and courteous. A very professional worker who clearly takes pride in doing a good job. When I initially asked him to quote for the works he quickly understood that I was working to a budget and he tailored his proposed work to accommodate this. I was so pleased with the initial work he did that I asked him to do further work for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Mike. A genuinely decent and honest and professional man. Thank you Mike!

    Shower replacement

    Excellent service from MPL Plumbing. He did a perfect job fitting a replacement shower and cleaning up afterwards The only issue we had was the supply of the shower, BUT this was down to Screwfix and NOT MPL Plumbing

    Leaking Cistern on toilet

    Michael did a great job which turned out to be more than we initially thought but we are all fixed now with a 12 month warranty which gives great peace of mind. Would use again and can definitely recommend.
