Excellent and professional job from the very moment she contacted us. She replaced the consumer unit and did all the checks plus our dog really liked her too. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived on time and did full testing of the house electrics

Kelly and Sarah arrived 2 and half hours later than scheduled. However, Kelly had notified me by text beforehand that she was running late, due to attending on another hired job which had taken longer than anticipated. When Kelly did arrive, she apologised profusely and came fully equipped (to my surprise), to get on with doing the jobs which I had hired her to do. I said to my surprise because I only expected her to inspect the property and the jobs which needed to be carried out. All I can say in the limited character space this feedback form allows is, that Kelly and Sarah went far beyond any preconceived ideas and expectations I had as to their capability to safely complete the jobs I had hired them to carry out. They showed exceptional levels of professionalism, technical expertise, ingenuity and tenancity (especially Sarah's efforts to fix the problems we had with mum's electric fireplace that cannot be overstated enough). Watching Kelly and Sarah work together and put their heads together to try and figure out a solution - taking the electric fireplace apart - putting it back together again...epic! What an inspiration and a joy to have seen you at your work. If you hire them, it's like hiring the A-Team or something! Yes, believe the hype, believe, believe. You will not be dissapointed. Special thanks also, for the sensitivity shown towards my 81 year old mother, whose husband (my father), died in May 2014. Assets to your profession and raised the bar.

Sarah conducted a full inspection on a new property I had purchased. The report was thorough and highlighted a number of dangers that needed to be dealt with. She was a pleasure to be around and worked well and with focus despite there being lots going in on the property that day.

Missed first appointment - but due to genuine excuse. Very thorough report given of the state of the electrics in our house - including detailed breakdown of costs of necessary works. Made minor fixes works as she went for no added charge. Nice to deal with, fair price and put no pressure on us to spend thousands on non-essential work. Would recommend and use again.

Wonderful service. Kelly's contact details are now firmly saved in my phone for next time I need an electrician. Kelly and her colleague arrived exactly on time, were very friendly and were quickly able to decipher my rambling requirements (the only thing I know about electricity is not to play with it!). They were helpful in explaining what would and would not be possible in simple terms, and suggested different options. They took care to ensure that wires arent visable and were very tidy. They were also resonably priced and, despite making good taking longer than anticipated (thanks to the unique way in which my property was built), they did not charge more than the quoted price. I couldnt recommend Kelly more. Now all I need is to find a plumber, a carpenter and a general builder.... still- I never need to search for an electrician again!
