Lee took a look at the work involved the same evening, and work commenced promptly after. Lee is reliable and hardworking providing an excellent service, with a very high standard of workmanship. Lee is always on hand and personable. He helped us massively with decisions on the build and also has excellent connections to suppliers, merchants and manufacturers. Can't fault him and his knowledge and expertise. We've recommended them to two others, for large extensions recently. We had a load bearing wall removed and RSJ fitted, underfloor heating installed and new flooring laid. He did a fab job and we're really pleased with the result. Lee was always polite, friendly and professional. He kept me informed along the way and worked incredibly hard to achieve a perfect finish. The extension has been commented on countless times by neighbours and passers by asking who the builder was. We would certainly use Lee again for any work in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. A genuine, trustworthy builder.
