Sam and his team did a fantastic job on our property. Sam's customer service is excellent and the job they did on our Victorian property was amazing. They were curteous and polite, turning up on time and managing external parties for scaffolding etc. The job went smoothly and there was very little mess left behind, especially considering the size of the job. Social distancing was front of mind for the team and they were very careful. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam and his team and will be using them again.

Excellent, really professional and had our best interest at heart. He came and viewed the job, gave advice and sent us a quote the next day. We decided to go with Sam at Prestige Brickwork because he came across as honest, knowledgeable and gave a very fair quote. He told us his colleague, Harrison would do the job and it would take about half a day. Harrison did a great job repointing some of the brickwork on the front and side of our nearly two hundred year-old cottager . I recommend Sam and Harrison wholeheartedly, they are considerate, easy to get along with, professional, keep their promises and go the extra mile. They did an excellent job. I would use them again.

Well what can I say about Sam and his team? From the beginning his communication and follow up we're always on time, clear and concise. The quote received was in depth and thorough. Although his pricing was very slightly higher than others received, he immediately found some issues that could have been potential nightmares down the line, that others hadn't spotted. He talked us through all of the details of his plans, the superior mix he used and how the issues were going to be rectified. This was all included in the quote. Once work started, the guys were on time every day, very polite and respectful of the current situation. They worked hard every day and made sure they cleaned up as best they could at the end of play. Sam seemed to know his trade extremely well, and communicated to us exactly what he was planning at each phase so we could understand, and we could give him the ok to proceed. I feel we got a really top job done for our money and wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend to friends and family. He's even offered to come back and do a small bit behind a fence post when we remove it in the future. Top lads, top quality materials and top work. Cheers Sam

Very impressed with Prestige Brickwork. Contacted Sam , who very quickly surveyed property ,explained what needed to be done and provided a very reasonable quotation. Would highly recommend - Sam quickly diagnosed the problem and explained in excellent detail what he planned to do to fix the chimney. Work was carried out extremely efficiently, and we are very pleased with the end result.
