Mark was absolutely Amazing. It wasn't the easiest jib and the weather was atrocious but he got my door open and fixed everything Definitely recommend

The locking system on my Upvc door was broken and locked in position via one of the lock sets at the bottom of the door. The top and middle were ok. Mark attended on 11/11/22 and spent around 3.5 hours trying to release the lock. Eventually it opened. Mark fitted a temporary day lock and ordered a new complete set. On the 12/11/22 mark returned and fitted the new locking system. He also had to realign the door and locks with the existing keeps, this once again took a couple of hours. Mark left site with our full appreciation of a job very well done to a very high professional standard. He was so methodical and also very pleasant. We would recommend Mark always. Thank you Ian
